The rental was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and located in a wonderful, quieter area of PCB with view. Jenna and Anna were amazing hosts—quickly responsive, and incredibly helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. The included beach service was excellent. Don't miss out on St Andrew’s State Park and eating at J Michael’s nearby.

Check in was easy and efficient. However, we did not know about the refrigerator not working. We were told we received a call, but I do not have a record of that. Two small fridges were provided which helped with the inconvenience. The floors were dirty, and the pullout couch was unusable due to someone spilling wine all over i it before we arrived. We found three wet balled up blankets in the master closet that would have soured had we not found them. The bathroom toilets were loose or broken on the seats. The small bathroom had loose or broken handles for the cold side water. The front bathroom shower had loose pipes and needed to be sealed. The on site managers were the best part. They were attentive and quick responding to our issues. We really like the unit, it just needs some TLC.
