Beautiful Stay

We had a great week and enjoyed the many amenities of the house! The house was beautiful, the location was great and it exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back to this property!

Quick Getaway

The property was even better than expected. It was the cleanest STR I've ever seen and the location was great. The house had everything you would need for a short or extended stay. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Amazing House

This is the best beach house we have stayed at. It is a new home with all of the amenities. The location is great and so close to shops and the beach. Situated between Panama City and Destin, it is close to so many things to do. If you are looking for a first class stay, we would highly recommend The Sugar Sand Shack.

Great house

Great house for our family of 7 for our Christmas Vacation. Very clean and had all the in-house amenities we needed. 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes from 30A Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay. Also the Coast Team was super responsive to all of our questions.

Amazing 30a Retreat

Staying in this home was amazing! Luxurious, comfortable and such a quiet retreat from the business of 30a! Would recommend for all types! Golf cart was amazing to have! Cannot wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool was huge and so pretty — our grandkids absolutely loved spending time in it every day.The owners provided tons of beach toys and beach chairs, which was such a nice bonus for families. The bikes rode great and were fun to use around the area. There was also a beach umbrella available, although we didn’t end up using it.The golf cart batteries did run down fairly quickly, but it still had enough charge to get us to and from the beach without any issues. A few areas of paint inside could use some touch-ups, but overall the home was very well maintained and comfortable.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Loved it!!

This house was fantastic. pretty rooms, nice master bath, well-appointed furnishings and overall, just a beautiful home. Pool was close by and having a golf cart to use was very accommodating. Shopping and restaurants were very close also. Good location.

Fall break with family

We have stayed at this property 2 times now. It has everything you need plus the use of a cart. It is showing signs of wear, it needs painted. We did have some issues with the bikes. They were very quick to respond with any issue we had!

Perfect home for our family vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation in so many ways. We all had our own space, ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was close to the beach and downtown Rosemary Beach. It's within walking distance to the state park and close to restaurants and grocery stores. You provided ample dishes, silverware and cooking supplies. The best taken care of home

A beautiful house to celebrate my husbands birthday with some friends and family. We will absolutely be back. The small welcome treats were thoroughly enjoyed. The house was the best taken care of home that we've been in. Beds are comfy. Golf cart is a bonus and in great shape too. Thank you!!

Family vacation

Great house . Clean , good location , quiet .Perfect for family . Mattresses in all rooms were so comfortable . Only one complain is that for the house with 5 bedrooms and 6 people we didn’t have enough pots for cooking . No bowls for salads or mixing bowls . Also , we ran out of utensils during dinner .But strongly recommending the house .Would go back .

Nice modern home

The home was decorated very well and was well stocked with kitchen items. The beach isn't far, but you do have to cross a very busy road. The golf cart didn't have windshield wipers which made it an adventure getting back when we got caught in the rain. Lots of renovations and new builds happening in the neighborhood which was a bit noisy.

Perfect Family Getaway

Stayed a week during Memorial Day weekend, and it was the perfect stay. Beach access is less than a mile away, which in the hot sun with all your gear is a bit of a hike, but luckily this house came w/ a golf cart and bikes, which made the drive to the beach fun. The house is close to everything you need, family friendly restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops. The beds were comfy, shower pressure and water temperature were delightful, and for a week’s stay, the kitchen was outfitted for everything we needed. Community was safe, the neighbors were nice and the house isn’t near any loud construction. My kids loved the bunk beds and pac man game. Really can’t say enough great things about our stay. If you’re on the fence just book now!

Perfect Stay at Inlet Beach!

I recently stayed at this beautiful rental in Inlet Beach, Florida, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! The property was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly clean. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, and it's tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, which made it the ideal getaway spot. The house had all the amenities we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms with plush bedding. I also loved the outdoor space; the private patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The hosts were super responsive and made sure everything was set up for a hassle-free stay. Inlet Beach itself was amazing, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable vacation spot in Florida!

Spotless and comfortable

The house was spotless and comfortable - lots of hot water and good water pressure and super comfy beds (our main concerns when traveling). The kiddos adored the kids room and the beach chairs / boogie boards were nice not to have to bring / buy/rent! Coast was exceptional with all communications : we had a couple questions right away including the downstairs AC not quite cooling as expected but I've never seen such a fast resolution and we were back to icy cold with no interruption or discomfort! This house is a little removed from the hustle of 30A which was great for us and even though there was construction nearby, we were never bothered and it felt very quiet and private in this adorable neighborhood close to beaches, restaurants, Publix, shopping and activities!! Loved our stay and Coast as hosts!

This home was spacious, clean, and comfortable

We booked this beautiful home last minute, literally 2 hours prior to walking in the door, and the hosts were able to quickly respond to confirm. This home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Exactly as photographed and described. We originally booked a different place through VRBO and upon arrival, it was not as advertised. After discussions with their mgmt team to cancel our stay, I found this unexpected opening that turned our whole trip around! Never fun to have the first day of your family trip, with 3 kids under 6, start out how ours did. Thankfully, we were all quickly back into the vacation mindset once we stepped foot in this place! Thank you Coast Team for making our spring break such an enjoyable vacation!

Newer home, room for improvement…

This is a newer construction in a nice neighborhood. I don’t believe it had been stayed in for a while. There were alot of cobwebs in corners etc. We also killed 2 scorpions, one of which was in one of our guest beds… Golf card charger had been unwired under the seat and we didn’t figure it out until the last 2 days. Overall the experience was good but a but pricey for what you get. Would’ve liked some sort of reimbursement for the scorpion situation. That could have ended badly…

Paradise on the Emerald Coast!

Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood is this slice of paradise, complete with every amenity you could possibly want when going on a relaxing beach getaway with friends or family! This gorgeous home has many large windows and tall ceilings allowing for abundant sunshine to pour in. The decor, the textures, and the modern style beckons you to sit back, relax, and enjoy conversation, a meal or snack, or simply to unwind by watching a movie. I had more than enough room for my clothing and toiletries and storing my suitcase out of the way. We had so much fun riding the golf cart to the private pool, to brunch, and to have a sweet treat of ice cream and donuts! And speaking of food, there are so many delicious options within minutes. Although we chose not to cook on our girls weekend trip, you would I definitely be able to prepare most any dish with the kitchen in this home! If you love to shop, you'll have so many adorable boutiques, shops, and more to find what you need. We had sunset views from the nearby beach as well as from the lake in the neighborhood! We enjoyed a beach day with the chairs and umbrellas too! I could not have asked for a more wonderful stay and hope to return again soon! Thanks so much, Sugar Sand Shack!
