Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We noticed a kitchen drawer was damaged when we arrived and it was repaired the next day! We had two families totaling 8, w/ kids from 13-17. Condo is basically as listed. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, cups, and plates, etc. Beds were comfy. TVs worked and sofas are comfy. They are not sleepers but there is a roll away bed. The balcony view made up for any issues we may have had with the unit or the complex. Elevators can be a little difficult as it is a high rise with many units. Parking deck is tight but see above. Building is under construction but it did not affect us and good for them. I gave them four stars on a couple of questions based on the above and then the unit has some chipped tile, one bath fan is on it’s way out( jet engine), shower curtain instead of glass but frame for glass still present, All in all exactly what we needed and what we thought we were getting. Everyone had a blast and nothing came up that was either not worth addressing or addressed immediately if we contacted host. Would absolutely stay here again or book another property through host.
