Nuestras hermosas unidades están ubicadas en The Summit Condominiums en Thomas Drive en Panama City Beach, Florida. Este complejo hotelero a gran escala se encuentra en la playa y cada unidad disfruta de una vista lujosa del Golfo de México con sus hermosas arenas blancas y su agua azul turquesa.

Nuestras unidades de condominios están en los pisos 3 y 5. Toma los ascensores o disfruta del fácil ascenso desde el nivel del suelo. Cada unidad duerme 6 e incluye 1 dormitorio 1+, 1 1/2 baños, un dormitorio principal, un conjunto de literas en el pasillo y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Veinticuatro horas, guardia de seguridad, para su protección.

Estas unidades tienen todas las mejoras. ¡Bonito y limpio! Recientemente remodelado! Los precios de alquiler son de gran valor y uno de los más asequibles en la playa de la ciudad de Panamá y en la Cumbre.

Cada unidad cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada con lavaplatos, refrigerador / congelador con máquina de hielo, microondas, estufa, horno, cafetera, vajilla, utensilios, utensilios de cocina, etc. El comedor incluye mesa y sillas y una barra de desayuno y taburetes. Estas unidades incluyen una lavadora / secadora apilable para su comodidad.

La sala de estar incluye sofá, silla, mesas auxiliares, lámparas, TV por cable y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. Bonito dormitorio principal (con cama king o dos camas completas disponibles) con TV y baño principal. La sala de estar y el comedor conducen al balcón que da a las dos grandes piscinas, dos piscinas para niños y las cristalinas aguas azules de la playa.

Clean unit

The unit was clean and great location. However, we had issues with the bedroom tv and the dishwasher will not turn on. Besides those, we loved the unit.

The place was amazing ! The kids enjoyed their stay as well as the adults. The pictures are exactly as posted expect it actually a little more spacious. Great experience overall . Will definitely be returning. 10/10

Summit Snowbirds

Four Star condo service communication was great to work with. Our condo overlooked the pool. Great location. Next to the elevator. The Condo was fully stocked with plenty of linens and the king bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Summit in past posts get a bad wrap. We loved it here. We have been snowbirds in PCB for 5 years at different properties but enjoyed this the best. Heated pool. Great job by the grounds keepers, maintenance to always have this place looking clean. Steps away from the white powder sand along the emerald coast. Four Star condo service is a great company to work with. Thanks again for the memories.

Wifi was out the entire time & the tv didn’t work. Had issues at check in & called several times with no answer. Silverware was dirty. Toilets had issues, maintenance had to come. Found out AFTER check in that the dryer did not work. The Summit itself was amazing!! The view was perfect. I would go back but not stay in this room.

Great place.

Great place to stay, comfortable condo has everything you need. With a family of 6 it was a bit tight and hard to get ready sometimes with only one shower. The dryer I don’t know if it was user error but it wouldnt dry past a couple min. Overall it was a very nice clean place plenty of things to use to cook with. Nice king bed in the room and bunk beds and also the couch bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall pleased

The pictures and description are great! The view, proximity to ocean and amenities were why we booked this condo and did not disappoint…. One pool Was warmer than the other (on purpose), hot tubs were great.tiki bar was expensive (but super busy all the time) but we got some treats at bikini bobs. Elevators were horrible! There appeared to be a company working there all week. We never used them ONCE as this unit is on 3rd floor. The blender was broken but previous renters reported so they called to see if we wanted replaced. The condo itself could use some maintenance and updates. A couple fixed light fixtures were ANCIENT. Tile in shower had mildew and tub surround had some mildew on ceiling….: Beds were comfortable: Roku TVs were wonderful but internet was in and out (not good for March madness finals I think just because of internet overload ) Summit did an EXCELLENT job of security control! They had people visibly watching for teens/ drunk & disorderly and someone by the beach gate watching balconies every night. Was very safe and secure and they had well managed grounds!!!! Would stay here again!!!

Clean property in good location.

The property security and cleanliness were on point. There was ALWAYS someone somewhere watching the entry ways and/or cleaning maintaining the property. The condo was nice with all main essentials. A little TLC would go a long way, but we really didnt have any compaints. The location is within a lot of activities and restaurants. The ad mentions spinnackers and club le vala. They have been closed for years, and when/if they re-open spunds questionable. I was not disappointed with their closures, as the complex was mostly adults with families or respectful spring breakers. Id go back!

Summit resort condo unit 319

One of toilet wasn’t work. 2 of stove ranges wasn’t work. In the restroom deposits of moisture that are not healthy at all. they even have some cockroaches in the restrooms. What is not good at all. Vacation in first half of July 2022.

Only one bathroom

We checked in 7/29/2022 went great. Check in was fast room nice. Used main toilet and no flush. Called four star mantence made my report. George called and then came out 7/30/2022 Sat. Worked on it. Still not fixed was supposed to come out next day to snake line. Wrapped Tolliet so no one would use. I called everyday until 8/4/2022 cause no one ever came back was told everyday some will be there next day. We would use outside Tolliet a lot during day cause didn’t want to be using other Tolliet and someone show up told them about it didn’t seem to care about that. All they had to do is say sorry Tolliet hasent worked from reviews it wasn’t working in June. Said Tolliet was replace great but still didn’t flush. I was even told it was a slow flushing Tolliet I said it is a no flushing Tolliet. So the final review point is don’t lie to your people staying things would of been great. We would of been more comfortable other than than we had a great time. Remember don’t lie.

Condo #319 is nasty!!

Summit Condo 319 was gross and old. The toilet had a note that it didn’t work. The shower looked disgusting. Something red on bed skirt maybe blood, not sure. The couch and chair looked to have bodily fluid on it. Shelving in closet was rusted. 2 out of 4 chairs on balcony were broke and should have been in the trash , they were usable. Living room tv - the roku was unable to work. Hairdryer only worked on high speed. It was such a horrible experience, we left a night early to go home. I would never book this condo again.

Nice Condo but TV/Streaming was not working

Overall, my stay was nice. Property was clean and the management company personnel was excellent. The condo was on the third floor and overlooked one of the pools. The sliding glass door to the balcony did little to soften the noise from outside. This was not an issue for me; but thought it worth mentioning. Below are other issues encountered: 1. The main thing that irked me was there was no way to watch TV in the living room. The app (SNF TV) to watch Live TV (NBC, ABC, etc.) was not on the Roku device in the living room. The Roku in the bedroom did have the app. The cable company needed to send someone out to put the app on the Roku. Since I was on vacation, I did not want to wait round for the service call or have to drop what I was doing to let them in. (Note: I did get a call from cable company to let me know they were there; that call came on Monday, 2 days after I returned home. I talked w/ the cable company on Tuesday.) The management company was sent their IT guy to see if he could fix it. The internet and cable is the responsibility of the condo association not the management company. However, I feel the management company should verify all aspects of the condo work and function correctly. The one time I tried watching Live TV was unsuccessful as the internet connection was so horrible the Roku device had buffering issues. The Infinity remote would only turn the TV on and change the volume. That remote would not change the channels. 2. Maintenance was done in one of the bathrooms and I was not informed that anyone came into the condo while I was out. I understand that maintenance needed to be done; but, I feel either the condo association or the management company should have communicated this to me. 3. Bath tub drained slowly first half of the week. Not sure what happened but the second half of the week it was fine. Also, if you are a person who likes to take a bath there was no stopper (or whatever it’s called) 4. There was not enough light in bedroom. There are two lamps but the light bulb wattage did not emit enough light. The IT guy was even noticed the lack of light while trying to fix the TV/Streaming issue.

Summit review

I did not enjoy our visit to the Summit condo in Panama City Beach. It was crowded, noisy, not completely clean outside. But to be fair, the pictures on the internet were accurate and it is more my fault than someone else's. PCB is just a busier place to vacation than we would like - so will not go back.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The building is very well kept. The third floor makes it very convenient to go back and forth from the room to the pool and beach. We would return again.
