¡Este increíble Penthouse de unidad final en Edgewater Beach Resort es nada menos que magnífico! Este ático cuenta con 3 master suites, todas con baños privados y duchas recientemente remodeladas. Publicaremos fotos a medida que se completen. El cuarto dormitorio tiene dos literas dobles y un sofá cama en la sala de estar principal. El cuarto baño es un baño de Jack & Jill con una bañera a la sala de literas. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana. Se puede acceder a la cubierta envolvente en ambas master suites en el piso principal del ático. ¡Hay una escalera de caracol al dormitorio privado de arriba y el acceso a la enorme terraza de la azotea!

Fantastic unit

We stayed with our family for a week. The unit was amazing. We had 4 littles 4 and under, the screened porches gave us so much peace of mind. Lisa was amazing to work with and very responsive. Loved this trip!

Great Condo!!!

We had 6 people in the condo with us and still had room for more!!! Communication was great and the condo was amazing!!!! Enjoyed spending nights up on the rooftop deck drinking wine and watching the sunset. We would totally stay here again.

Views and Roomy

Four retired ladies enjoyed the views, location and roomy stay here. The pools and beach are a win. We found there to be great communication with the host. The unit is dated and showing wear. Faucets leaked and require a slight adjustment to keep from running, which was reported. Towels are sparse. No dishwashing soap or cleaning materials, vacuum or broom. The floors were not adequately cleaned. We had heavy storms and one bedroom bathroom had a leak in the ceiling requiring several pots to catch the rain. All reported .. bring extra cleaning supplies and you’ll have a great visit. Very b CB loss to everything

Beach Memorial

We stayed at this property to have a memorial service for my late father in law. He wanted to rest in peace at PCB. We granted his wishes with his only son and some of his grandsons. This home was the perfect place to rest shoring our stay. Every bed was comfortable. Eveything we needed was there but the best part was the view of the beach and sunsets. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to stay at this home.

Everything we’d hoped for.

At first we were going to rent a house but we all agree that this condo was the way to go. There were several pools and a splash pad which made it nice for our family who has a wide range of ages. The beach was right there so we could enjoy the view beautiful view from our balconies. We could not have been more happy with our choice of condos.

family weekend getaway

Property was perfectly located with beautiful views. Enough room for the whole family including my parents and brother's family. The beach and pools are easily accessed. My one complaint is that the flat sheets for the bunkroom were left on the pillows. We had to make the bunkbeds which is a challenge anyway, but not something you want to do on vacation. Also, no antibacterial soap at the bathroom sinks or kitchen sink which we easily fixed with soap from the store. The check in and check out process was easy and quick. We will definitely stay again.

Home away from home

This is my family’s second year staying at this property and it has not disappointed. It was 10 people in our party (6 adults and 4 children from 2-8 years old). Both the kids and adults loved it. There was plenty of space and directly on the beach with easy access to everything. The morning and evening views from the rooftop are amazing. Cleanliness was top tier and it was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely be back next year for our annual fishing trip.

Family trip

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The condo was great with beautiful views! The only issue we came across was the top bunks did not have bed rails so the young kids weren’t able to sleep up top but the bottoms were full size so we made it work. The property manager was so nice and very helpful with any and all questions! Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again.

Overall property was ok, our condo was a little out of date and not clean. We had issues with our parking passes, taking them 3 days to print them ???? We had a good time but not up to our quality of places to stay.

Family Labor Day Stay

The property was amazing! The space was beyond generous! The views were breathtaking! The only downsides were the cosmetic needs (different knick knacks throughout the property) and the common areas (pool needed updates and the elevator area was unclean). Overall the stay was wonderful, and we would choose to stay at the property again.

Family Vacation

We came down to spend a few days with our high school graduate and other children before he ships to basic training. The unit was perfect for the older kids, plenty of space and beach access. Clean and pretty quiet considering it was a holiday weekend. Kitchen had plenty of the necessary equipment to allow for cooking supper which we prefer. Only about 3/4 mile walk on the beach to the pier.

Beautiful views/poor communication

The view was amazing and the room was great having 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We had plenty of space for our 3 families. The rooms were sandy when we arrived, including the beds. The air conditioner was off when we arrived and it was 85 degrees out. We turned it on and the room stayed 75-77. 24 hours later someone came but didn’t do anything. Air was fixed after being there 48 hrs. We couldn’t connect directly with a maintenance person and finally connected to property manager after several different attempts. I understand things break however I struggle with having to work so hard to get help after paying penthouse suite price and being on vacation. Space could use some updates inside as well. The balcony was amazing-to make it better, a couple of more lounge chairs as this place is set up for multiple adults/families, a few more supplies (TP, towels, dish soap) for week long stays. Again, for the price, more could be included for a relaxing stay.

It was so-so especially for a no-refund policy and almost $1000 in tacked on fees.

There are things that the owner could not anticipate or change, like the horrible weather, but that is not what this review is about. The check in process was horrible. The address that was given was for the Villas a block away so we had to track down the actual building. We were given an address (by the Edgewater check-in desk people) for an office to See ya at the beach and it was an abandoned building. For 95% of our stay, there was only 1 elevator for the entire Tower 2 which took ridiculous wait times to get from the 12th floor. The kitchen "pots/dishes" were mediocre and we had to go buy a can opener and other utensils to make it through the week. Even though the layout of the condo was pretty and spacious, it definitely looks aged (rusted air conditioning vents, bathroom cabinet doors barely hanging on the hinges, broken/loose tiles, some sliding glass doors to patio rusted shut. But the biggest issues we had were with cleanliness and attention to broken ammenities. The first night we get in the bed, we find the top sheets are just folded and sort of stuck under the awfully flat pillows, not even made up on the beds. We get in the beds and there is sand still in the sheets! We got there at 4PM and it was raining so we had not even been to the beach so it wasn't our sand. The next morning we wake up, I get up to make coffee, and I have to pour out the old coffee from the people that were there the week before! We got connected to the wifi on our devices the first night but couldn't get the living room tv to connect so we could watch netflix. We kept getting internal errors on the tv screen. I emailed/texted property management and told them. The response was, "that is a brand new tv, no one else has made a complaint. We will try to get maintenance out there tomorrow". We never heard from the again so we had no tv in the main living room for the full week's vacation. The AC rarely cooled the condo as it should have based on what the thermostat read and we meticulously kept all doors/windows closed so it would cool properly. I stood in front of the elevators and noticed blood on the ground and heard a boy say "yeah my dad cut his hand, that is his." That was the first day. It was still there when we left a week later. This building I am sure was beautiful back in 1985 but it is long beyond its glory days. It is run down and terriblly needs a facelift and the condo is the same. We were very disappointed and would not stay here again.
