Spacious house with great amenities

The house was spacious and beautiful! We loved the hot tub, backyard, and sunroom! The property manager was very nice. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Spacious & Clean

Perfect size home and location for visiting family! Spacious and clean - plenty of room to hang out and catch up. Home seems brand new. It’s definitely maintained well and very clean. Will stay again!

Comfortable and well appointed

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather did not cooperate for a good week to fish. House was very comfortable with plenty of space and comfortable beds. House was well appointed and fit the bill perfectly in its location.

Fall Break

I traveled during fall break with my three girls. The house was spotless, well equipped with anything we needed to cook all our meals as well as plenty of clean linen. The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. The hot tub was a nice bonus!

Overall house was very nice and mostly clean, however the hot tub seemed like it was a bit dirty with sand in it (saw this on day one).

PCB and GCJ with family and friends

My family traveled to PCB from Virginia to meet up with our son who lives in Alabama. We enjoyed the beautiful beach for the first half of the week and the Gulf Coast Jam for the second half. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. Easy beach access, close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The venue for the concerts was easy to get to from our location and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub at night on the screened in porch.

Our family and friends had plenty of space and we never felt that we were on top of each other even though there were 10 of us. Great stay for our large group and will be back.

Nice little house by the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy house with everything you need for a vacation. The house had pots, pans, washer, dryer, outdoor shower for sand removal, nice breakaway shower head with high water pressure inside, sand chairs, umbrellas, and toys to take to the beach. The beach is an 8 minute walk but it doesn’t seem even that far. It’s a straight shot down the street. We did have a small issue with a smell likely caused by the last guest. They tried to fix it promptly.

When arrived late at night and were able to get in easily with the provided code. The place was very clean and well kept. They even had books and board games stocked in the living room which we really appreciate on the 2nd day when it stormed almost all afternoon. The beach was about a 5 to 8 min walk away for us. If it was all adults it took about 5 mins but with the 4, 8, and 10 year old it took about 8 mins to walk it. Walking to the beach felt very safe for a family and was a straight shot down the road to Public Access 83. I will say the walk started feeling longer every day with a 4 year old in tow but it was still very doable. The only issue for us was the ADT alarm wasn't working. For us that wasn't a big deal. I let the manager know and he offered to have maintenance comeout but we opted to wait and let them fix it between guest. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay herr again!

Beautiful home so close to the beach!The home was clean, the hot tub was great and checking in and out was super easy. The location was close enough to everything (offering convenience) but far enough away it wasn’t “touristy”. Quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. Great vacation home!
