Absolutely beautiful views! The sunsets are just gorgeous from the deck even though this unit is on the first floor.

The condo was clean when we arrived. The view of the beach was breathtaking. There wasn't a direct contact with the host however, there was a helpful security officer named James that was very helpful and had passed down information regarding my mother-in-law's vehicle being permitted to stay on the condo property due to her being handicap.

Awesome stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Incredible location and very nice condo. Carpets in bedrooms needed to be cleaned or replaced but did not affect our experience. Everything was as pictured on VRBO with the great view and comfortable furniture

Great view

If you want to wake up looking at the beach everyday, this is the place. It was a very spacious place for 5 adults and 3 kids.

Older condo but perfect for a family of adults couples. Complex is one building so less crowed than other locations. The pool is small but we were here for the beach. Great location.. Parking easy and convenient. Would stay here again next time in Panama Beach

Overall our stay was fabulous. Great beach view. The property is quiet and relaxing. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen cabinet was loose and the dryer didn't dry. The bedrooms are listed as queen and are a full size.

Easy Beach access

Very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath convenient to shops and restaurants. Great for the 4th of July. A few misc issues. That was resolved quickly! Then on the 4th, our vehicle was towed after being there for 7 days 150 very inconvenient situation that shouldn’t happened, our parking pass was in the vehicle, security would of needed to look just a little more and would of seen it.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was overall good, due to the location of the rental. Upon arrival there were some stains on the mattresses and some things here and there giving the place an unclean feeling. There was extra home decor stored under the bed and laying about, not giving a very homey feel. Mid through our stay, the AC began leaking and soaked through under the floor all the way into the kitchen and into our bedroom. It created a large puddle in the carpet as well as a mildew odor. Someone came to fix the AC and attempted to vacuum the water spot, however it didn’t work. While there was a carpet cleaning company sent, it wasn’t until our last full day, leaving us hopping over a huge puddle anytime we entered our room and an unpleasant smell. The mattresses and furniture are a bit well used (the bed dipped in toward the middle) and honestly it would be wise to invest in bed bug covers for mattresses with the amount of people who funnel in and out of the stay. Not horrible stay, but could’ve been better.

We really enjoyed our stay at PCB. We had beautiful weather during our trip. The Condo could have used a couple of things in the kitchen. We cook a lot, and the skillets were not the best, and there was no salt and no mop in the place. The floors needed a good mopping. My daughter has an 8 month old and even when none of us had been outside our feet would be black on the bottom. Other than that, the room was comfortable, spacious, and in a great location.

We loved the ease and convenience of staying on the first floor! The views were great and the only drawback was sometimes when sitting on the balcony there was excess noise from the parking lot below. Other than that we had no issues. I would have enjoyed a few more homey touches around the unit such as a few more rugs in the bathroom or maybe a blanket on the couch. I would also advise on getting each renter a disposable scrubber for dishes. That would be a huge help. All in all a great stay. We enjoyed the location of the unit. We didn’t get to use the pool. But it was a small size. So if that’s important to you that would be something to consider.

The condo was clean, bright and very roomy. You can't beat the view from the balcony! My wife doesn't like heights so the first floor was perfect. Despite it being lower and close to the pool it was very quiet. The only negative, and very minor, is the master bath is vented to the front of the property. You can clearly hear the road noise when using the commode. It is located very close to Walmart and many eating/shopping establishments. With the beach being steps away we will definitely return.
