There's no rush to head to the beach–you're on vacation, so feel free to unwind as much as you'd like on the snuggly sofa in the living area while watching TV or browsing on your phone. Guests who decide to book this beach abode will be granted access to a series of incredible shared amenities that include grills, an on-site putting green, two hot tubs (first floor and 10th floor), a fitness center, game room, an outdoor shower at the outside pool, and five resort-style pools for you to enjoy: a zero-edge family pool, a lagoon pool, a seasonally heated rooftop pool, a large island pool on the lake, and a kids' play pool with beach views. There is a first-floor pool, a third floor (kiddie) pool, a fourth-floor (outdoor) pool, a tenth floor (rooftop) pool, and a lake pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
