"The views were beautiful but that was the ONLY good thing about this resort. Food choices were minimal, little seating always had to wait in line, elevator takes forever always took stairs, raccoons on the property even on the hotel room floors, VERY old rooms,"

"Upon arriving at the property it appeared to be clean but once we left the lobby and first floor the smell of mildew was stifflling and I literally began to get sick from the strong odor. I couldn't believe so many people stayed here. I tried to leave after the first few hours there and unfortunately I couldn't get a refund for my remaining days. This was my first trip with my entire family and I felt like I let them down as their room was overwheled with the odor of mold and mildew. I stay in a different hotel I before and enjoyed it so much better. I realized the longer you stay the more accustom you become to the strong odor"
