The hotel is centrally located.Breakfast menu was phenomenal. The hotel was extremely busy so there was always a wait for elevators. The hotel signage and in-room tv is not bilingual, which was odd considering the large number of American tourists. Hotel staff seemed preoccupied. Customer service needs improvement.

The room was great. The bathroom shower head should be cleaned. ẀBreakfast was ok. There was no chicken options other than eggs or bacon or any other kind of meat. The sausage was hard. Fruit and other cheese options were plentiful. Also, some sort of entertainment would be nice like other RIU.

This was my first time staying at the Rui. People raved about how nice the chain was. I beg to differ. This was not a 5 star hotel. I had better stays at the Marriott. The room was dated and needs to be renovated. It was not clean to my liking. The bathroom could have used a few hours of cleaning and the mirror was peeling. The large pillow and blanket had hair on it. The refrigerator did not get cold until the last day of our stay. The TV connections did not work (HDMI Port). Let’s get into the food. The buffet breakfast was nasty. Everything was cold or picked over. Staff could have made sure the food looked ok, but no. The food at the paid restaurant was ok, nothing to write home about. This chain would not be my first choice for a stay. The best thing about this stay was the price. I would not stay with this chain in the future.
