Mid Century Modern guest house with private pool and spa

The home's classic Mid Century post and beam architecture, high ceilings, and numerous windows allow an abundance of natural light into the premises.
Fire up the BBQ for dinner outside. Soak in the above ground hot tub. Enjoy the beautiful and private pool or lounge in one of the many seating areas poolside. Yard is fully fenced, gated and private. Gated entryway with off-street parking.
There is a beautiful heart shaped pool in the main yard, which is for the exclusive use of guests. Pool is private. Above ground hot tub is heated year round. Pool can be heated from November 1 to February 28 at an additional cost of $50 per day (minimum of 2 days).

Palm Springs Gem! Can’t say enough good things- the pool was tranquil, the comfy bed - perfect, the kitchen well- equipped! The Hosts- communication and shared information friendly, timely and thorough! Love the decor- and the attention to detail. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. So thankful.

Comfortable oasis
This place is perfect for a little getaway. The property is very private, with all the amenities you'll need/want. My husband, two dogs, and I were very comfortable here. The guest house is laid out very nicely so there's plenty of space. The bed and pillows were lush and I slept like a baby. (This was truly a relaxing place.) I enjoyed sitting in the garden area and soaking up the morning sun. I didn't use the hot tub, but it's in a nice private alcove, and the pool area has lots of lounging and seating options. It was easy to access the property, and everything we needed was available for us upon our arrival. There's a shopping complex a quick drive away - Albertson's, Starbucks, and various fast food options. As others have stated the airport noise is very minimal, and when you're in the house you don't hear it at all. I do recommend just parking on the street if you have anything larger than a compact car - I did get our SUV in through the gate but it was challenging.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Palm Springs
The location of this property is great, 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, and mere minutes to I-10 and other major arteries in the area. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to stay here. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and there is plenty of outdoor space to relax in. Robert's communication was prompt. One of the best places we have stayed in and we highly recommend this property!

Great Stay
Robert & Jeffrey's studio guesthouse was very comfortable and enjoyable. We had absolutely everything we needed from blender to bikes/helmets to fully-outfitted kitchen to plenty of linens/pillows. We were able to prepare simple meals. The guesthouse and back yard & pool are privately separated from the main house, neighbors, and street, and quiet, with a separate entrance. The unit is not fully updated, but is very stylish and in good repair. The location is within a couple of miles of stores and central Palm Springs, easily bikeable, but you'll want a car. Wifi worked well, but didn't cover the pool. The hosts were responsive, although not quick, but we had little need to communicate. We're already planning our return.

Perfect and cute
Had a wonderful time at this property for our girls trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed. From relaxing by the pool to cooking meals. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. And even though its near the airport you can hardly hear the planes fly by. Felt safe and loved the privacy of the whole place!
