I always leave a message as asked by the Manager at one point with the promise to make sure it's complied with. But unfortunately i was told by the receptionist that couldn't be fulfilled due to hotel full. Well I have been here many times and I do not believe hotel was even half full. Very disappointing as a usual and returning customer

Poor condition rooms
First room had no heating. So we were moved to another. At 4am we discovered the window was broken and so couldn’t be shut! Result was bad draught and much noise. Awful. Only good thing was the staff who were very helpful when we complained.
