New Orleans Style House in a Beautiful Community

This New Orleans style house is perfect for entertaining and game day, Double Decker or graduation! A shuttle runs on game weekends and select other weekends to the grove or square and is included with rental. The porches are wonderful spaces for gathering and social time. The downstairs has a beautiful and spacious gourmet kitchen which is open to the living space- so the chef won't miss any of the action! The 65-in. TV is perfect for watching sports and the TV package has all of the channels. The living space includes a queen-size pull out sofa with memory foam mattress that sleeps like a real bed and not a spring ridden torture device. The master bedroom has a king bed with another huge TV and on suite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, 50-in. TV and on suite bath. The Third bedroom has a queen bed, 42-in. TV and on suite bath. There is a great back porch where you can relax and eat, and well as front porch and another porch off the master bedroom where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail. It is a quick stroll to the pool area where you can use the gas grill to whip up dinner while you relax and chill! All of the mattresses are new and of high quality so you can sleep like a baby!

Fantastic stay and fantastic parents weekend. Charlie (owner) was amazing to work with and very flexible to our needs. House is perfect in a cool development close to campus. Spacious and very clean, it had everything we were looking for. Will easily want to stay there again on our next trip. Really felt at home and comfortable there. Highly recommended.

Perfect football weekend
The Hotty Toddy house was the perfect place for a football weekend with friends. The location is perfect, and having a shuttle taking us to the square as well as the stadium was an added bonus. Charles made check in super easy, and the house was lovely. Would definitely rent again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hotty Toddy House in Oxford. It is situated in a very convenient location near Ole Miss,The Square, Kroger, and a wide variety of restaurants. The property owners are dedicated to making your stay comfortable and easy; they were a pleasure to work with.

Great location, Beautiful home!
My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was perfect for our stay. Close to The Square and Jackson Avenue shopping We would definitely book another stay.
