We had a late check in already which was at 4:00pm. We got to the hotel 3 minutes early and were told that our room was not ready yet. That was fine we were early so it made sense. Well turns out that we had to wait for over an hour to get checked in. We were offered nothing for our late check in. It was a really bad way to start the trip because it was already a super late check in time and the check out time was set for 11:00am so it gave us less than 24 hours to stay in the room and we didn’t even get offered a late checkout even though we were checked in so late.

Great location. Right on the beach. Short walk to Kyllo's restaurant. Large clean room with large tub in the center. Friendly staff. Smoked salmon chowder and cookies at 5 pm was a nice treat and very tasty, as was the hot breakfast. Tried to get too floor but despite writing and calling in advance, was told no 3rd floor rooms available. Curious since only about 12 cars total in lot. People above us stomped around like elephants ALL NIGHT! Must have been on meth or something. So we didn't sleep well And there were absolutely NO CHAIRS or table in the room. Very strange. Had to drag a balcony chair in to sit and read with morning coffee. Really liked this place otherwise.Oh, should mention our room ended up being in a building next door.. So using pool or sauna, or even going for breakfast was tough. (Dint use hot tub as we'd planned, thought we could just walk from room in robe, but not in freezing weather. Would like too floor main building next time, but they say no way to insure top floor.

Ants, room on the second floor and room on the first floor, major ant problem. Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was excellent. The proximity to the beach with beach access couldn’t be beat.

Very nice

The only thing we werent fond of was the over head shower part wasnt working correctly but it worked enough so we didnt complain. Not a big deal. But loved everything else. Verg quiet, Super clean, spacious rook, lovely staff. Whole experience was great for us. Will stay again. Thank you for all your hard work.
