Everything was fine. Here is room for improvement. They text you from a US #. If you reply, you get charged heavily if it’s not part of your cellular plan. Very odd to me that they do that. They only put up Christmas decorations December 4th which seems late to me. TV quality isn’t great and stations are limited. Great kitchen lady.

Very noisy night with people banging on our door after 11 pm. Then party in the hallway at 730 am the next morning. Plates of food left outside our room. Very disappointed after a couple of previous nice stays at this property. The rooms here are very nice but the clientele on this particular evening didn't respect other guests on the floor.

The room is great except 1 big thing. When I booked my reservation it was for a room with a king size bed. I was given a room with 2 double beds. I spoke with the man at the desk and he was really good but was not able to accommodate my reservation for a king size bed. He did upgrade my room but unfortunately it was still 2 double beds in a suite. I strongly urge Expedia to make sure that they can accommodate the reservation as I booked it on Oct. 12/25 over a month ago. I drove over 5 hours to have an appointment at the hospital tomorrow and I am disappointed that I do not have my reservation with a king size bed honored. Maybe I will need to deal directly with the hotels and not Expedia.

The bathroom doors don't close. They've installed these "barn style" sliding doors which leave huge gaps and allow for ZERO privacy. If you’re sharing a room with friends be prepared to get to know eachother on another level. Or use the public bathroom in the lobby I guess?
