"We were at the hotel twice and both times helped by Oscar. He was the best ever. He arranged for an early check in for our return stay, and when we arrived sleep deprived, he helped by storing our luggage while we retrieve our backpack left on the train and found us a quiet room to sleep. He even had a chocolate treat sent to our room. Lunch and dinner at the hotel were great as well as the staff. The bar tender made one of the best gin gimlets ever. The location next to the train station made it easy for us to walk back and forth, especially at 4 AM. "
