Location is accessible with bus or taxi to and from the airport. Nice to have an early breakfast buffet @4am for an early flight. A little noisy vehicles from main highway.

The hotel was awful. There was a glove over the smoke alarm in the hall, the mirror in the elevator was smashed, my room hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet was dirty, the breakfast was mediocre at best. I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is budget but very nice. Has a small playroom, bar and restaurant area, friendly staff. 10 min from the airport. Their free breakfast is the best I have ever seen: yogurts, açaí bowls, chia puddings, fresh pastry, fresh juices, coffee machine, smoothies, cold cuts. Absolutely incredible!!! We had a standard room for 2 adults and 2 children. While our kids got a good night sleep in two single beds, me and my husband were barely fitting a folding couch bed, the metal frame was sticking into our bodies. I was not able to sleep.

In our room: Carpet had stains. None of the appliances were plugged in. There were unknown hairs on the beds and furnitures. All the chairs were stained. Bathroom shower stall’s molding was coming apart. Because of these issues I spent an hour checking for bed bugs.

Lovely clean and convenient next to the airport. A real shame we booked a family room (travelling with a 2yo and 1yo) and when we asked the reception for a cot they refused to let us have it saying we have booked a family room and there was not room to put a cot in the room. We had to put our baby to sleep on the floor, on a duvet, surrounded by bags to stop her crawling off. The same member of staff also gave us the previous days timings for the shuttle bus, when we queried where the bus was she said laughed saying “oops” but this oversight meant we had to wait 40 mins extra we hadn’t anticipated and it was cutting it closer than we would have liked for the flights when travelling with children. She also told us there was no ramp to get to the family room and directed us up one lift across the whole hotel and down the other side - for us to realise there was a ramp at the steps she had initially directed us to. This seems more like incompetence from one member of staff but it did significantly impact our stay at an otherwise perfect hotel.
