The house was exactly as described. The themed rooms were fantastic as was the LED lighting throughout. Location was great for Parks and central to both Clearwater and Daytona beaches. The Oasis Club was a pleasant surprise that we visited on our last day. It was nice for the kids to swim and adults relax so close to home. The only thing I would recommend that was missing in this house vs others I have stayed at is a binder or booklet explaining how to access items in Champions gate. I had to message to find out which waterpark was included (there is another close to the house that is not), bar codes for gates initially didn't work but we were also uncertain which gates our code would work on. When accessing the Oasis clubhouse you need to have a copy of your booking to get in, little things like that. The house comes with the basics as previously described. All dishes are porcelain or glass, we bought paper for the kids to use. No high chair etc.

Checking in was easy I was given the access code to the house with plenty of time the kitchen was amazing with the cooking hardware and plenty of utensils very good Wi-Fi and the rooms were great with plenty of room. Everybody loved having their own room.

Our trip

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described in the listing. Close enough to the parks and a beautiful area. We really appreciated the modern design, and the kids especially loved all the LED lights throughout the home — such a fun touch!We did read a few reviews mentioning limited kitchenware, so we brought our own pots and pans just in case, but there were a couple provided as well. The pool was a perfect way to unwind after long days at the parks, and the spacious layout gave everyone in our family plenty of room to relax.We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely love to return. Highly recommend!

Clean & spacious house but won't be a returning customer

We traveled as a family of five adults and the spacious house had plenty of room for everyone to relax and was nicely decorated. The pool was clean and perfect for an evening swim. However, the frustrations of renting this house quickly put a damper on our vacation. Thirty days before our trip I was notified by the company that in order to keep my reservation I had to pay and extra 360 because of a computer glitch when I booked the property (a month prior). When I called customer service they remarked that it had happened to multiple guests and everyone had to pay the new fee or cancel. For the price I ended up paying I would have chosen other properties but with that late of notice my other rental options were slim. Getting in the gated community is a challenge, thankfully another resident helped us to get the scanner to work for the gate. Once at the house we found the batteries corroded in the downstairs tv remote making it useless, the puck for the air hockey table was missing, the hot water tank will last about 3-4 showers (for a house the sleeps 12) and the master suite bed has large valleys on each side from repeated use so we moved to another bedroom. Also, we tried to cook a meal but all the Teflon pans are scratched so badly they are unusable so ended up having to eat all our meals out for the week (more ). This house has its good points but not worth the money and headaches of dealing with the Legacy company so we will not do business with them in the future.

A MUST STAY

This home is absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it any justice! The decor is phenomenal. It was cold while we were there, but they provided extra blankets which were comfy and cozy and a great surprise! The LED lights in each room was also a pleasant aurprise. Both the kids AND adults loved it! It felt very homely! I would DEFINITELY stay again. The only downfall was the the lack of bakeware and the cookware was not non stick. The coating peeled off into our food and we had to throw the food out and go buy new food. Outside of that, it was awesome! Highly recommended
