Room was disgusting. Drug people living in motel. Dirty shoes in walk way. Trash ip steps. Covers not attached to socket in room. Dirty bathroom. I have pictures for it all.

The room smelled mildewed and the bed had no blanket or comforter on it. It is a cold night with only a thin sheet on the bed.plus it seemed very unsafe. Office door was locked and I had to talk through the glass door to office workers. While I was standing there checking in, an ambulance raced from the property indicated that an incident had just happened on the property. It was just not good

We arrived late. We did call prior to ensure our room was still available. When we went to the key location as instructed, no key and no matching room number on the key. Had to call the person again. Room was terrible. No blanket, only a sheet on the bed. Bugs, no light in the bathroom, overall not a good experience. Dani was nice...but facilitiws were bad.

I need a refund I was never given a room. They left the hotel key under the mat and the office was closed. The key they left would not open the hotel door. I had to travel 30 mins to another hotel, I didn’t get into a room until 3am

For the price, this property is ok. The staff were nice and polite. The property is outdated. The rooms are clean, but they need to be renovated, and they musty unless the AC is set to a cold temperature. The beds are very uncomfortable. No blankets offered at all. The shower needs repair, and there was no hot water.

Overall, this day was horrible. Never will. I book here again air-conditioning was so loud. You could hardly sleep. On top of everything listed below with the issues in the pictures.

Excellent stay at Unno Motel I had a great experience at Unno Motel. The location is perfect—close to everything and very convenient. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived.
