They do not have room service witch I prefer but when you need something and call in they are very quick to get it to you.Rooms are very clean and nice sized the bed is on the hard side but it's clean and worked fine.The kids loved the water slides and we loved the hot tub ps hot tub timer is on the wall near the emergency phone... Took a while to find we will definitely be back again

I have stayed at Orbit one multiple times. The experience has been consistently fantastic! My children love staying at orbit one. The villas are always clean and have all the comforts of home. There are many dining and shopping options very close by. Anytime our family needed anything the staffs response was quick and efficient. Orbit one has become our home away from home!

For the age of the property it is in great shape, only thing was a few water spots on the ceiling due to some leaks in the past. Both pools were clean and the water was crystal clear. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Everyone we interacted with was great, the apartment was very clean, there were dishes / dishwasher / washer / dryer, and even a couple of tabs for each in the event we needed to use them. The only issue we had was with our toilet. It was wobbly and wasn't really connected to the floor well. The chain also kept coming undone leaving the water to constantly run unless we fussed with it. Other than that, we just weren't happy with the extra "resort fee." We had already pre-paid for our stay, and didn't find any other amenities outside of what had already been paid for.

The suite was nice and clean. I have a knee issue so the stairs was challenging. The Sink in the kitchen needs corking as it is very loose. Dryer took a long time to dry the few pieces.

Good stay

Room and pool were awesome. As we attempted to check in it took a few minutes for someone to come to the desk, a man told us they’d be out shortly. It took about 3-5 minutes. We needed an extra blanket for the pull out and it was delivered quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place off-peak

Great place to stay, but it was half full. I can see the potential for noisy neighbors when full, but we had no issues. Other than a staff member who was refusing to let us check in at night (we'd just flown in from NYC), everything resolved itself and other staff were ok.
