I gave it three stars because the house was as advertised and served the purpose for our trip. The IHM staff were responsive and easy to communicate with, and the neighborhood was very clean. The issues we had are the kitchen was not very well stocked for cooking, the internet was terrible, and the noise control was a joke. It says quiet hours are from 10pm-7am but there was no one from the neighborhood to monitor that. Loud parties going on all around us. Fortunately, we arrived on Wednesday, so Wednesday and Thursday night were quiet but as soon as the weekend arrived it was chaos. I don't have a problem with noise from people hanging out on the patio (because the houses are SO close together) but loud music until 3am is totally uncalled for and disrespectful. We were there for a family vacation and had elderly parents with us, so it was a nuisance. The concept of the neighborhood is nice but definitely needs some monitoring and control.

Ask for a highchair and pack and play. Was not there Friday night as they stated it would be there. Had to buy a pack and play Cost is 50. Internet was horrible. We had to go to another location to get Wifi.They weren't helpful. I would recommend everyone to avoid this property. Worst experience ever.

The host was very responsive. The house was very large and worked out perfect for our group with having little kids. Strong recommend staying here with little! Only downside was our pool heat didn’t work majority of the trip and our Spectrum for TV didn’t work. Everything else was great!

Host interaction was amazing. Quick responder and always trying to accommodate. Amenities were nice but didn’t have the time to utilize the club house/waterpark. Having pool/hot tub is nice however we were not able to use it until day 3 of our 4 days staying there bc heat was not turned on and working then it took 2 days to heat up. Cleanliness could def be improved on. Heavy dust and dirt in windows and floor. Def needs paint update. Walls are dirty. Could use better comforters and not just light blankets. Space is comfortable for a large group. Tons of beds. Close to theme parks. 20-25min approx. Expect heavy traffic backup after parks close.

Loved everything. The only recommendation would be the cookware. I needed to go buy a large stockpot to cook chili. If the house can accommodate 13 people the cookware should be enough to accommodate cooking for that many as well

First the ad lied about the location by 16 miles which with the traffic in that area was about 45 minutes added to the trip each way. The one king bed had most of the supports knocked down and the screw holes were stripped out. One of the commodes clogged up twice this week.

The house was pretty much exactly as pictured. We loved the size and the rooms for everyone especially the kid rooms. The management team was amazing any question I had before, during our after our stay has been responded to right away. We loved the location. There was some issues with which gate to go to check in but resolved right away. We took advantage of purchasing early check in and they were so accommodating with us needing help at the end of our stay after our daughter was injured. The only one thing really was that there were no kid friendly dishes or cups or silverware but when I mentioned it they said that was great feedback and would be adding those kinds of things to their family friendly properties. I cannot say enough good things about their management team i will definitely be using IHM in the future!!!

Great property! We had a really nice stay. We were super close to the neighbors, but they were quiet. So, no issues there. Otherwise, we loved the pool. My kids loved the Star Wars bedroom, the Star Wars TV room upstairs, and the arcade room downstairs.

Our rental was beautiful and just as described. Convenient drive to shopping and restaurants; about 20-30 mins drive to Disney attractions. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and we were offered early check-in/late-out as well. We did have to go to a main gate first to get access to the gate to our direct community which was a little confusing. But overall our stay was lovely. Pro tip: bring some basic condiments like salt, sugar, and oil if you plan to cook at home. This was not provided at the property.

Family visit to Disney World

Everything was nice but bedroom description and actual rooms did not match. There were ants and evidence of cockroaches upstairs in living area. We took care of ants and roaches but was blasted for the grill which we cleaned! Overall we did not let any of these issues dampen our great time!

Orlando Adventure

Overall great. House is in good condition and has all the necessary amenities 2 families need. Neighborhood is gated which is great but the security guards seem very busy keeping out the gate creepers. Didn’t receive the gate code until after contacting guest service upon arrival.

Stay for Disney

Nice house for us to retreat to after long days at Disney. Fun at the water slides and lazy river in the day we didn’t go to Disney. House was clean. Would’ve been nice if the kitchen was a little more well appointed- more trash bags, soap/dishwasher soap, salt/pepper etc. but comfy rooms and lots of space

Inaccurate But Nice

The location was originally booked based on location shown on the VRBO website. After booking, it was 15-20 mins from where it originally said. We decided to weight our options and keep the booking. Communication was quick and questions were answered quickly. House was not dirty, but could tell many items weren't considered by housekeeping (under couches/beds, dishes left out had dog hair/dust on them, etc), but we were able to clean it up ourselves. Check in (at no fault of the location itself) was a bit confusing as the gate guards were confused. Once figured out, it was easy. I did not receive any check out instructions and had to request them, leaving minimal time to leave things how they might like to make it easier. There is no hot tub on site, it is listed on the description and the photos show what could be, but it is a whirlpool, no heat. All in all, the layout worked great for us and I would stay again.

Great for large family

Traveled with family of 7 and 2 dogs for long weekend at Disney Parks. Although a little further from the parks than expected not too bad 30 minute avg drive. The property is exactly as advertised.
