Located at Windsor at Westside, a quiet and family-friendly community that offers a clubhouse with a pool, game room, spa, mini-golf, playground, beach volleyball, and a gym. Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, game room and is super close to the amenities center, 4 minutes walking distance!

Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones. Take some nice time to enjoy our game room and have some fun playing foosball, or air hockey, or even playing some ping pong while watching some NBA or NFL games.

For your convenience, there is 1 bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom. The first floor also has a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor.

GUEST ACCESS
Be our guest! As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the private pool and all clubhouse amenities at no additional cost.

Upon arrival, you'll check in at the security gate, where your ID will  be checked and you'll be provided with a guest pass for the duration of your stay. Please provide us with the names of all guests so we can register you with the security gate.

Guests will have full access to the entire house within the residential gated community. Additionally, guests will enjoy complimentary access to all club amenities. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about the resort or the surrounding area!

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
The house is self-catering and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and first use (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags). Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

- Free parking spots in front of the house, with additional parking on the street (first come, first served).
- We offer complimentary WiFi.
- Kids' amenities are provided free of charge, including a high chair, kids' table, crib and baby tub.
- A washer and dryer are available for free use at the house.
- We offer a propane BBQ grill with a $35 fee for use. This fee ensures that you don't need to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests requesting this service understand that they use the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused by it.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
- You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.

POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $40 per day.
2-Minimum: 4 consecutive days.
3-Pool temperature will not exceed 92F. Spa temperature will not exceed 102F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-(In case of Spa) Attached spa is not a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. It does not have jets.
- Please note the pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.
