It was a great value. It was well furnished and clean. I would give it five stars except the thermostat was locked so that I couldn't adjust the temperature. That was very annoying.

It's actually a lovely apartment. Initially, my wife and I were hesitant to book it because of some unfavorable reviews, but we took the risk and we were very pleased. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities for our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Definitely we'll return again

The amenities was very limited the place wasn’t what I’ve experienced before I’ve stayed at other VRBO’S that was fully stocked and in this home I had to constantly had to be asking for things such as starter toiletries example 1 roll of toilet tissue for 5 girls no starter laundry stuff their wasn’t sufficient garbage bags from for trash the towels were thin and full of lint of which I had to wash in order to even use and the dryer in home didn’t work I had to dry things 3 times just for it to properly dry up. I also mentioned to host that there was an issue with hornets inside the home and she sent an emoji with clap hands saying welcome to Florida meaning it’s pretty normal to deal with this I’ve been in Florida multiple times and never had to worry about hornets inside my home. I had to kill hornets daily. I made her aware so that she can call pets control possible but instead she pretty much put it as deal with it it’s normal out here along with alligator and other animals. My daughter had hives from towels from all the lint. Beddings weren’t comfortable at all. I definitely did not experience a good experience at all she had daily deliveries of which I had to put away for them into their storage closet. I definitely would not stay there again. I was not at all pleased with this stay.

It had a good floor plan and was good for what we needed. However, there were many things that could be improved upon. There were just enough towels for the five of us, but they were super small and super thin. There were no wash cloths, so we had to go out and get some. There was also no hand towel. The pull out couch mattress was very thin. There were sheets on it, but no comforter/blanket. There was also no bed pillows for it. Had to use the couch pillows. The lights for the kitchen didn't work/ The dining room light switch was busted, so you had to be careful turning that light on. The shower/bath worked great and the bedrooms had closets. One bedroom had a fan, but the other didn't. When walking on the floor barefoot, your feet would start getting darker. My wives feet were almost black.

Clean. Spaces are roomy. Price is right. BUT….. zero amenities are provided. One roll of TP for three nights and three people, three very sad old towels, no wash cloths, hand towels, old sheets full of worn balls, the bathtub doesn’t hold water, hot water heater is set to warm only it’s not hot, yeah. If you are just looking for sleeping accommodations and want to bring your own camping supplies, linens, etc it would be fine. I’ve stayed in many condos….. this one is a pass for me. Not being mean but if no reviews are given it looks like a 5 star experience and it’s not.
