Most of the staff gave wrong information all the time. The guy who was bald said they had no high chair when they had a minimum 6. One of the lady didn’t even disclose our unit was in a building without elevators on the 2nd floor. They don’t repelenish household items only on request.

It was fine to stay here. Don't expect perfection. Pretty much a place to sleep and shower. I would not eat at the restaurant and make sure they are clear on where your room is. We were not told what level and we spent time looking for it

The lock on the door didn’t work so every time we wanted to access our room we had to be let in - maintenance could not fix and they would switch our room. MOLD! Pool NOT heated! Zero housekeeping services, even when requested. Towels in shreds. Fridge full of rotting food. Kind but totally ineffective staff. Hotels.com unable to help fix anything!!! Refund requested for upcoming stay with photos of issues provided. That takes 72 hours. I still have not hear back. Comfortable bed!

Shuttle to Disneyland came right to the door but it was also close enough we could walk (20 mins). It was walkable to the gas station for waters and snacks. Mattresses were super soft but that's a personal preference. Overall no complaints we were there for 2 nights.

Great value for money with 15 min walk to Disney security checkpoint. Another 5 mins to the park entrances. We did this for 3 days and we usually spent the whole day at the park. Clean bedding and quiet sleep. They do a towel and garbage service everyday but if you need full service you can request it. As we spent all day at the parks and just back to shower and sleep, we were quite happy with the service. Did not try the breakfast buffet or the pool as it was Feb.

Staff at this location were kind and courteous. We were greeted warmly and acknowledged wherever we were on the property. The breakfast options were wonderful and refreshed often. Individual carafes of coffee (regular and decaf) made it clear that we did not need to rush out of the dining room. Parking at the hotel was plentiful and we were able to park aligned with our room windows as well. Easy driveway access into and out of the hotel and directly to Disney Parks and freeway.
