Welcome to our guest tiny home a cozy and thoughtfully designed space filled with unique touches to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

An urban oasis in Omaha, featuring great natural light, stylish design, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Enjoy a beautifully landscaped courtyard with hot tub, outdoor dining, and ambient lighting—a rare setting in the heart of the city.

Perfect for guests looking for a unique, cozy, and well-located stay with great value.

Cozy, fully fenced space designed to maximize comfort, creativity, and functionality.

Inside, you’ll find a bright layout with 2-story ceilings, unique plywood finishes, and warm ambient lighting that gives the space a fun and modern feel. The home includes a comfortable king bed, a few board games, and a stocked kitchen.

The bathroom features a rain shower head, and ambient ligthing perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Step outside into the landscaped courtyard, where you can enjoy the hot tub, grill, dining area, and relaxing outdoor seating.

Guests have full access to the entire private unit, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living/sleeping areas.

You’ll also have access to the shared outdoor courtyard, including the hot tub, seating areas, grill, and dining space.

The unit has a private entrance, and there is no need to access the main home during your stay.
The hosts and family live next door and may occasionally be present in the shared courtyard.

We respect your privacy and aim to give you space. If you’re planning to relax outside and prefer privacy, feel free to let us know, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

We love hosting and want you to enjoy the space as much as we do!

Please note this unit is attached to our home, and occasional everyday sounds (including family activity) may be heard.

The courtyard is also a shared space, and while we do our best to give privacy, there may be brief, natural interactions.

Our kitchen and dining area face the courtyard, and we keep blinds closed when the space is in use to maintain privacy.

As with most loft-style spaces, heat rises to the upper level, so we recommend using fans along with A/C for optimal comfort.

Checking in was perfect. Very private, no hassle. Cozy living room and kitchen helps with saving money on eating out. Ice maker in freezer was perfect for our cooler. Couch is perfect for just two and king size bed is very roomy. Shower could use improvement. Hot tub was great, though not customizable for those who like it hotter. Intro video made by owners would be more helpful if done more concisely. Overall, the atmosphere is very lovely and the location perfect. If you are wanting a cozy, intimate and private getaway with easy access to Omaha, this is much better than a hotel stay for sure.

We enjoyed the two evenings staying at this listing. It was perfect for the two of us and a great location close to our daughter. The fam upstairs was a great touch as it was pretty warm last weekend. We didn’t use many of thar extra amenities cut it was nice to have that option if we wanted to. Love the chickens!
