The whole first floor smelled like weed smoke, the person above us was stomping around all night and being very loud.There was no coffee pot in the room, toilet lid wouldn't stay up, and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

Exterior: ran down, didn’t provide a safe impression. Smelled like pot I side lobby and community area. Interior; sticky floor, room smelled like urine, bathroom needs to be repainted. Tub re-surfaced or replaced, fixtures missing. Bed was fine. Were there set rooms for pets? I had to limit floor time to our service dog because it was not clean. I’d give it a zero rating but the bed was decent.

Staff was great, and I love the jacuzzi so much! I’ve stayed a few times but this time when I got to my room it smelled like an ashtray.which is odd because it’s a no smoking hotel. But after spraying it down with body spray it was better. Other than that I love it!
