Staff was friendly but the rooms were dirty, sliding door was broken, remote control and fridge didn’t work properly and there were no light bulbs anywhere in the room. Requested light bulbs at front desk twice and never received them.

It smelled bad, had poor locks, the tub faucet leaked and the tub did not drain, the soap smelled awful, the only chair was a couch that was stained. When we pulled the couch away from the wall to use it to sit and eat (off of the bed), there was a bunch of trash and dirt under it. The coffee was good and they gave us a little bag of breakfast (due to COVID-19). In general I was totally disgusted and glad to go to sleep and forget about where I was.

This property was very old. The bathroom was old, rusty, and had a drain in the tub that refused to open. The water also came out brown. Would not consider this a 3 star hotel.

Very sweet the staff was very helpful with anything and friendly. Hotel is nice and clean. Property kept up with. Love it. Will definitely be staying again!!!!!!

Friendly staff😊. Same free breakfast as all other hotels, surprised😊. Rooms could use some updating. Room could use better cleaning, panty hose and leaf between sofa and heating unit😳.

Would NOT stay there again.

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
It was listed as a 3 STAR HOTEL..... NOT HARDLY... I would NOT give it more than 2 stars at all Listed: Pillowtop Mattress's: NO they were NOT.... they were in no way pillowtop, they were VERY WORN, no possible firmness at all, and VERY noisy with ANY MOVEMENT in the beds. We had a double bed room, neither bed was comfortable at all to me or the other guest.... VERY UN-RESTFUL NIGHTS (3 to be exact) Airconditioning: Would not cool room well and it was 90+ degree days... Door: Handle to the Entry door was broken. Water: Hot and Cold water could not be regulated for showers. Bathroom: Was not very clean. WiFi: Would not work on either my laptop or tablet in room.... just kept giving me connection errors... all 3 days. I did speak with Manager (Donyetta Johnson) upon check out and she just gave me a gift card to Starbucks and an Apology saying "there was Nothing she could do about it". NOT HAPPY or SATISFIED with SERVICE and WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.......

Not a Hampton Inn

Pros: View out the windows, dinner and breakfast buffet.
Cons: Cleanliness, front desk hotel staff.
Location: Nothing special
Setting was nice but there was mold on the shower curtain and Subway napkins in the sofa bed which made me wonder about how clean the rest of the room was. It is definitely not on par with Hampton Inn.
