While the hotel itself was at least clean, nice rooms and conveniently located near shops and food. During my stay, there was an issue with plumbing the ENTIRE day (Sept 27th). I was told it should be fixed within 2 hours which was around 10am...it wasn't until after 9pm before the issue was resolved which is completely unacceptable. The entire day, a guest with no water, unable to shower, unable to flush the toilet, wash my hands. I had to miss one of my events I was hosting because of this. All we received was a dry apology, no credit/Refund or compensation..nothing. Just a bucket to fill with water in case I needed to flush the toilet. I'm a diamond member with the Hilton community so I expected something similar or close but it was far from my expectation of a hotel regarding accommodations. Next time I will stick to what I know because the HILTON would NEVER.

IM VERY UPSET I WANT A REFUND

My husband and I was at home in Olive branch looking for hotel, with a Jacuzzi tub. We Found one on my Hotel.com site. I told them that the room on the picture of the hotel has one, on the video at hotels.com they have a Jacuzzi tub that’s the reason why we chose this particular hotel. We called reservations on the phone before arriving. They said two rooms was available. Got there cannot have a Jacuzzi room, but it was a big misunderstanding, but they did fix the problem and they gave me the upgrade for $66 but then charge my card $100 for incidentals normally I thought they would just hold the charge. She actually charged my card. The state was OK. We did have a little mold in the bathroom. I had to bring bleach from home to clean the hot tub and eat professionally cleaning because of a lot of people being in there I wonder do they sanitize and clean good I had to run the bleach water at least twice in the tub before getting in. It was mold in the bathroom shower. There isn’t any now because I had Clorox bleach other than that, the hotel is really really nice. The breakfast was really really nice. I enjoyed my stay. I just did not want to spend $216 for one night on a room that was not worth but maybe $87 For one night…

It is impossible to set the temperature in the room. It switched to air or heat depending on what temperature it was set at. There was no way to set it, so you were either frozen or boiling hot!
