Jacuzzi closed. Waited 4 hours for towels to come to the room. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. For what we paid should have had a microwave in the room at least. Tiny little pool area. Closed anyway because it’s March so no big deal. Charged my card extra 250.00 and can’t get in touch with a human to even find out if it’s a temporary charge or what. Won’t stay again. The casino was very nice though and fair. No complaints at all in that area.

Well diverse, the hostess was very generous, patients and compassionate ,the weather had taken an unexpected toll, yet upon arriving the staff very friendly and warm the hospitality was very pleasant, hotel was very clean sophisticated. Quite an enjoyable experience with hotel, looking forward to returning. In better weather conditions.

The check-in process was long and not welcoming at all. I was expecting more, from this brand. The room was not clean, had grime on the walls, the staff at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming. They seemed like they hated life and were not happy to be there. The bed was lumpy too! Overall had a bad experience. I also noticed the soap etc seemed cheap, not what you would expect from a resort. I most likely will not return in the future and don't recommend staying at this one in Bossier City.
