Staff was friendly. Im used to the Hampton being a little bit more...polished. No cookies or anything else special. It was on the same level as a Days Inn or a Comfort Inn. No frills, no thrills. But it was clean. It was a pet friendly hotel so I heard a big dog barking. Sounded like he was in the room with us.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Disappointed a bit with breakfast, have had better choices at other Hamptons. Room was comfortable, but smelled a little musty on entering, then like it had been cleaned with Fabuloso. Carpet seemed old.

Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, clean. Overall room was very comfortable and Service good. Only complaint was very weak shower pressure and the drain in the tub was extremely slow so when you stepped out of the shower, your feet we’re still in dirty water.

Positives - Friendly, helpful staff. No issues with reservations or check-in. Room clean, plenty of towels. Soap/shampoo dispensers weren't full, but had enough for the one night I stayed. Road access to the hotel is good, with multiple fast food businesses real close. Gas stations close distance as well. The night I was there it wasn't very busy so parking was great. Negatives- Room was clean until you look in corners or up close. Snacks and drinks were available by the front desk, but as far as I could tell, there weren't any vending machines (some people might count this as a positive thing). The room I was in did not have a cooler to keep items cold, but it did have a microwave and small coffee machine. They offer complimentary breakfast, while not bad, was pretty limited. Judging a place on one single visit is not the best most accurate evaluation, but if I have to put a tag on it, I would say 8 out of 10. It should be noted that I consider the price as a factor as well and if it's expensive I expect a good bit more. And this place wasn't cheap.

The breakfast buffet was the best of all the ones we've had on our trip. Lots of variety, good taste, and the food was at the right temperature. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Our Stay

The staff at the front desk were awesome. The young girl that checked us in was super friendly and courteous and offered great suggestions for places to visit and dine. The continental breakfast was also outstanding and well beyond expectations. Unfortunately, our room had a garbage can that had not been emptied and there was hair from the previous guest on the bathroom counter and in the bathtub. The bathroom floor had lots of debris and did not appear to have been swept or mopped. The chaise lounge in the room had crumbs and debris on it. The lobby area was very inviting and the complimentary popcorn was a nice touch.

The gym area was very lackluster because it was very crowded, had little to no weights, and the Pelaton was not connected to the wifi and was locked. The caulking in the shower appeared to be moldy/dirty.
