Most everything was fine and the staff is always nice, but I find the new $10/day parking fee to be objectionable in the extreme. I've been staying there for years, but if they are going to start extorting their customers I'll probably be looking for somewhere else to stay.

the bar / restaurant service was poor — we sat 45 minutes waiting for an appetizer which was cold / the food was cold and not cooked well - there was no one in the establishment and the server never came back to get us drinks - the crab dip was cheese cold slime — don’t get it- save ur money !! 80.00 for terrible food — the oceanfront room was spectacular and clean - just upset we wasted money eating at the lobby bar

I love the fact that they have several restaurants throughout the hotel! And so much to do in the area! Always a nice escape to the relaxing oceanfront!! Our room was perfect and we will definitely revisit!!

The room was tidy and clean. The view was exceptional. The only downside was it’s February and 27 degrees, the room was a bit drafty and we couldn’t keep the heater running long enough to take the chill off and the bedding was what you’d expect in the warmer months. Ate dinner at the Grill and Bar and the food was good.

The lobby was freezing!! The workers should be compensated for having to work in and indoor environment that was almost as cold as it was outside. Clean room. Friendly staff.
