Room was very clean. Comfortable beds.
The entrance and lobby area was very stark and honestly did not feel welcoming. We are long time IHG members and there was nothing offered . I even asked for just a bottle of water like we’ve received at other hotels and the clerk just said we would have to pay for it. She said they are not given anything to give IhG members but she wished they could. I got the impression she is asked about it from other members because it’s what we’ve come to expect. Even though a bottle of water and a package of crackers or cookies is a small way of saying our business is appreciated; it is nice to be acknowledged that way. When you’re tired from driving, it would have been nice to walk into a more welcoming space.
