The staff from front desk to housekeeping to the valets could not have been more helpful or kind. We would definitely stay there if we go to Pittsburgh again. Hotel is conveniently located to everything. There is nothing we did not like.

Christina at check in was wonderful. Hotel was nice, location was excellent. Only negative was the bathroom could have used a better cleaning before our arrival.
