"I recently had the opportunity to stay at "Comfy One Bed Apartment in Forest Park", and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, the rental was sufficient and adequate for my needs. The property was cute and suitably decorated. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as a full kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks, which made it feel more like home. However, I did find the pre-arrival communication to be somewhat excessive. I received numerous text messages and emails leading up to my stay, which became a bit annoying. I was also asked to forward my credit card information and take pictures of my identification to send via an app I wasn’t familiar with. This level of scrutiny was something I had never encountered with past rentals. While I understand the need for caution in today’s climate, the process felt invasive and could be improved. Perhaps the company could consider renting to only highly rated guests to streamline this process and avoid making renters feel uncomfortable. Despite the annoying communication, I must say that the actual check-in process went smoothly. I would recommend the property for its charm and the great amenities, but the company could certainly enhance the guest experience by revising their communication practices. "

"Before arriving at this property, we had stayed at a Motel 6 where everything was damp and smelled unpleasant. We were really hoping this place would be better — and thankfully, it was! We finally slept in a dry, clean bed. The bathroom was comfortable and included shampoo and shower gel. There was a small fridge and a private microwave, which was very convenient. The room overall was cozy and well-equipped. Parking was easy and accessible, and we appreciated that the security cameras were working — it helped us feel safe and sleep peacefully. What could be improved: – We found false eyelashes and hair on the floor. – There was quite a bit of dust on the baseboards. – The lighting in the room was quite dim.
