"The property was as shown online and more. It was just right for my family. It felt like home away from home. I will definitely seek this property out, whenever I'm visiting."

"Beautiful spa and hotel. Comfortable beds. Ascot pub is great. Didn't try the others. Free shuttle to Mohegan Sun s a nice perk. I only put 'good' for a few things. And only because I feel at this price point, you're paying for attention to small details like messy caulk in my bathroom, broken tiles in the spa pool, and room service forgot utensils and said they'd be back in a minute but I had to call 15 minutes later and by then my food was cold (and wasn't cheap). If this was half the price I'd never bring this up but there's certainly expectations at higher price points. And the spa should try to control people's volumes & phones while inside. I know they cannot control what people do, but something posted or staff reminders of this at check in would hike go a long way. All in all, very luxurious, good staff, great amenities in both the spa and hotel. A-"

"Unit is in a moderately sized condo development. This particular until is only 100 years from one of the pools, hot tub, and clubhouse. It's also only a 5 minute walk to The Spa at Norwich Inn. In addition to the spa, there's also a bar and a nice restaurant. You can spend several days in this location and never even have to get in the car. The communication with the owner is right on point. Emails and text messages are properly timed to where you are in the process of arriving and leaving. There's more than ample activities around and games in the unit. She also made a binder with all the information you could possibly need about your stay as well as what's around town to do. I'll definitely be staying here again instead of in some sterile hotel room with no personality."
