"We loved the home it was comfortable and very clean. The host had left some bottled waters and a selection of coffee pods, teas, creamers, sugars and some little chocolates too, which was a nice touch and unexpected. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner was also provided in each bathroom. The location of the home was perfect for our visit to Ocean Beach Park (5 minute walk), Waterford Beach Park, Harkness Memorial State Park and the Lyman Allyn Art Museum in New London. We would definitely try to stay at that home should we visit that area again. "

"Just perfect. Very clean and accommodated all of our needs, fully stocked kitchen (k cups, tea etc). Very attentive host, available and helpful for even small details. Short walk to the beach, backyard games (corn hole) provided. If you have a large group this place is perfect for your immaculate and wonderful experience."

"The house was very neat and clean and beach access was great. House lacked any homey charm. No throw blankets for cilly nights, no games or even a deck of cards. No ice maker or water dispenser on fridge. No extra blankets for bed."

"We had a great stay! The home was spacious and full of light.. the location was so close to two beaches that we visited during our stay. The beaches are absolutely wonderful. We brought our inflatable kayaks and took a quick walk around the corner to kayak right on the water outside of the home. There were lots of extra linens which came in handy for my large family. The large shower was GREAT to have all 4 of my little ones take quick after beach showers in. We were also surprised to see there were beach umbrellas and a wagon (though we didn't need them since we brought our own wagon) they are a great detail for families with children who may need them. Kitchen was fully stocked with items that we needed, but I will mention maybe adding an exhaust fan above the stove for cooking purposes. We had no issues keeping the place cooled down with the thermostat at 70 and keeping the curtains closed when it was super sunny. The area was quiet and peaceful, if you have small children who wake to morning light there are no curtains, just blinds in the bedrooms. We hung a blanket over the windows of the room ours slept in. Overall I would definitely book again!! We loved our stay and the only big downfall was having to leave ! "
