"Room although sold as premium felt basic. Sink was blocked - staff were quick to send someone to fix. Booked as a stay for my birthday whilst on US road trip but nothing was acknowledged. Lady at check in was a little rude and not very knowledgeable, didn’t really give us any info about the hotel. Pool and hot tubs were closed. Spa not part of the hotel which we didn’t know and why we booked the property so could t use that. Gym was pretty run down and basic. It was Smokey which we were expecting but it wasn’t very pleasant in the public spaces. Probably wouldn’t pay to stay again."
