"It was a great stay, however, I tried to get a luggage cart early Friday morning and finally found a person who did get a cart for me (note that this was at 7:00am). Couldn’t get anyone via phone early at all. And at checkout, it went well until I found out that I couldn’t get a receipt! Now that I’m home I found my credit card was again charged the $143.65…that’s done in the 10th and 13th. I’m wondering if I am being double charged or what’s going on!"
