We were not expecting to see plastic taped to the carpets. Seemed a little more run down than the images on the website. Hot tub did not work and pool hours were different than the website. Bathrooms were not usable in pool area. The guy at the desk was very nice but we had to ask for several things during our stay. Not sure I would stay again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. We were able to check in early and the front desk gentleman was very friendly. Rooms were very clean, the lobby area was very welcoming. We used the pool and hot tub and were pleasantly surprised at how warm the pool was. We were able to enjoy that a couple of times during our stay. We are visiting the area again in a month and plan to stay here at that time.

We had an amazing trip & every staff member we interacted with was so very helpful! There was what appeared to be candle wax melted on the bedspread- it did not affecf us at all. The linens, blankets & towels all smelled clean, just somehow made it through the wash. We did not have a bedding bundle in the room for the pull out bed, but that was easily corrected! Hotel overall was a great value for our trip! We will definitely stay again!! (My son wanted to add his only recommendation- please get some hot sauce for the breakfast condiments 😊

I enjoyed the stay here. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. For my family it was a much needed time. So i was pleased with all. Was even able to check out at what time i wanted. I liked that.

We are torn over this hotel. The staff were very helpful, and quick to serve. The pool was absolutely heavenly, it was the warmest pool we have ever swam in. Pool towels were always readily available. Our room was quite clean. The room part seem to have been recently renovated, furniture was relatively new, fresh paint. But the bathroom was extremely aged, not just in looks, but in function, the door handle was falling off and the bathroom door was so warped you could hardly close it. You can see where they literally screwed into the door to try and keep it together. Sheets had worn spots where you could literally see through it. So, there was the good and the bad.

Nice and reasonable price in a quiet area.

Some of the carpet is older and tattered but they are renovating some rooms so I expect more improvements also. Cool to see my closest rooms being renovated so we knew it would be quiet. Nice quiet lobby to sit and read and crochet in the morning while my husband sleeps in. No obnoxious TV blaring with CNN like so many hotels these days. Early morning is enjoyably quiet, just hearing the sounds of breakfast being made. Cozy chairs to relax in, wish the fire place was turned on but still very nice. Will likely stay again, see how the new rooms turn out and maybe bring grandkids to use the pool.

Too close to freeway for me, my maps showed it quite a ways off. The room was clean but there was a 1 foot square plaster cut out by the sink that hadn’t been patched, molding was coming apart around the tub, door frame to bathroom in desperate need of paint, construction material was in the hall and heat was off on arrival.

You get what u pay for.

Horrible sounds coming from the heater in the room no matter what setting I had it on. I had to shut it off completely. Also the smell of chemicals was very overwhelming. Carpet is very stained. Actual carpet shredding as you go up the stairs. You get what you pay for people but this was bad. I didn’t pay for bad.

It was fine. Clean & just what we needed. I would suggest that breakfast should last until at least 10AM and if there are people eating at 9:30 don't start putting all the food away! Rude.

Reasonable price for a nice stay

They were under some construction, but other than that it was clean and well kept up. The room was clean, although the sheets were older and kind of rough due to that. The breakfast had warm food and cold food options, which were all good. They were helpful whenever there were any questions. They had an online option for check-in and checkout, out making it much quicker. Overall a good stay and reasonable priced.
