Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
Front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming, the only nice customer service and where we felt comfortable was in the morning for breakfast and dinner. Other than that rest of the staff wasn’t very welcoming or nice. we try to spend most of our time out of the hotel due to not feeling welcomed

Hotel Playa Mazatlan
Clean rooms, staff was exceptionally nice & courteous, food was good. My only complaint would be the mariachi bands that compete on the beach in front of the resort everyday. Very loud & annoying.

El Cid El Moro Beach Hotel
Staff support lacking. Rooms and facilities were filthy. Furniture around fifty years old. Mattress like sleeping on the wire springs. Cockroaches climbing up bathroom and kitchenette walls. Pungent smell to all linen and towels. For the costs of staying here not worth it at all.
