"If going to an event at the Van Braun Center, this location can’t be beat. You can literally walk a sky bridge over…seriously!!! Super quiet, Fast elevators and soothing hot showers with good pressure. Delicious breakfast! The only thing that needs work are the pillows. They were awful! But overall it was a great experience!"

"Clean room, free Laundry, staff is good, but the hotel policy is funny, you will be listed as "NO SHOW" if you couldn't make it there on their check-in time. I paid full price for 4 nights there but Hotel policy revoke it and wont let me have my room and hotel won't refund me. lucky i bought trip protection so Expedia dealt with them, but i have to pay out of pocket for 1 night there. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!"

"We got there and I had booked a two bed but they said they were out of two bed rooms, so we got two rooms instead and the two rooms we got both had people already staying in there, so we got a third room and the fire alarm was hanging by just wires"

"We were in town to visit my son and this hotel was such a disappointment. Almost everything that could go wrong did. First of all, after a very long day and tired and "hangry", our check in took over 40 minutes. The desk clerk didn't seem to know what she was doing, and this didn't start off our visit well. Next, excited to relax in the hotel tub, we were told that the hot tub was out of service. Very dispapointed because this is the main reason we booked this hotel. We went into the room and it SMELLED!! It smelled wet, mildewy and just plain rank. We asked for another room to be told that there were no other room available. (Strange because we didn't see another soul in the hotel). Woke up in the morning to the coffee machine being out of order, waiting for employees to dish up their breakfast on the buffet, Breakfast consisted of paper thin cardboardy bacon and watery eggs. Possibly the worst hotel experience I've had. We checked into another hotel across the street for a lovely experience."
