This hotel is old and needing upkeep. Bathroom was very small. Furniture in need of restoration. Beds were squeaky. Mirror and art work hung crooked. On the plus side, it was inexpensive. Staff were friendly. Food was hot. It was a quiet night. It is very close to the interstate and restaurants. It served its purpose, if your goal is to get a quick stop and a nights sleep and some food in the morning.

The pool wasnt shut down but locked due to colder weather temps, called the front desk and the lady opened it for my room to have some time aroind the pool

The staff was friendly but that ends the positive portion of this review. The door to the room hung loosely in it's frame and had to be pulled toward you and lifted for the electronic key to work. Tiles in the bathroom that had fallen off were sloppily caulked back in place leaving gaps for dirt and debris to accumliate. The WiFi signal was too week to be functional. There was a chance at redemption at breakfast but wasn't realized. The food was so dried out and stale as to render it virtually inedible. IMHO, the $30 pet fee was excessive since time had done way more damage than a little Frenchie could possibly do.
