The place is fun with lots of activity for kids, and so we truly enjoyed that part. It was quite safe place. Watermark is the best part with lots of activities, easy to access changing room, restroom etc. Lots of games in Arcade area, and so kids were able to spend long hours and enjoyed. On negative side: rooms and bathroom are slightly older and smaller for a family of 4, and we had to book another room as a result. Not enough place to keep things inside bathroom. TV was also not working and TV remote was very old and complex to use. We did not inform this to staff, as we did not want to waste more time, general service is slow, maybe because our room was slightly far side. We also had somewhat poor experience in Arcade area and bowling area, wherein staff were not easily approachable or even available to help fix things. Bowing area haz zero staff, and we'd to go to Arcade area for any help.

Overall if you want a family vacation, go here. There are inherent dangers - kids on water slides, lots of people running around but nothing more than a regular kids vacation. On the more expensive side, but with that does come a bit of exclusivity or understanding people will all act a certain
