Didn't meet our expectations, their rates are way high however the facility are not modern and well maintained. Here are other points. Our expectations are high for the value of money we spent. 1. Room/bathroom paint are old, lighting bulbs are yellow specially in the bathroom. 2. Bathroom size are small. 3. TV is small and no signal 4. Bed and pillows are small 5. Breakfast buffet rate is high and not practical 6. Aircon and fridge has loud annoying sound 7. Room is not sound proof, can hear footsteps and running kids in the upper level. 8. Merchandises are way expensive 9. Soap scent choice are weird, lemongrass. 10. Microwave are not available in each room. We have to walk the long hall just to reheat our food. As soon as we're back to our room the food is already cold. Its just nonsense! 11. Coffee maker are old and cheap as well as the coffee they offer. 12. Kids activities are another charges 13. Flooring in the water fun are sharp. Its not fun walking, swimming and even just sitting down on it. 13. Highly NOT recommended.

Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge Niagara was fantastic! The indoor water park is perfect for both kids and adults —many slides, wave pool, and fun activities. The rooms were clean, cozy, and designed with families in mind. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and there were plenty of dining options on-site, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommend for a fun family getaway!

Fix the arcade games, too many are broken. Keep the empty tubes out of the lazy river, it causes jams and it’s then dangerous to little kids
