I usually don’t review but this was terrible! $420 for the room in the pics! Maybe for $100 but 420 no way! The hotel should be called “low quality inn”. The hotel pics look great but …no. Please stay somewhere else so many options in Conway

The room was pretty dated for sure. Older carpeting that should be changed. Room could use a refresher and a good cleaning. Overall it served the purpose of a place to stay for the night.

⭐️ Poor Experience – Wouldn’t Return We booked our stay online at a discount rate and were told upon arrival that the discounted rooms are located downstairs with no heat. We were told there was an electric heater down the hall if needed — not exactly what we expected. Check-in time was listed as 3 PM, but we were informed that online bookings can’t check in until 4:30. No big deal, we went to explore the area and came back a little after 5, but our room still wasn’t ready. The room itself was okay at best. On day two, I asked the front desk if rooms are cleaned daily. I was told yes and asked for my room number. I explained we just needed fresh towels and coffee — normally I’d reuse towels, but we’d used ours for the pool. Overall, for the amount of money we spent on a weekend getaway, I was disappointed. It really felt like we received lesser service because we booked through a third-party site, which has never been an issue for us anywhere else.

The stuff front desk Soha was very friendly and patient. She and her supervisor helped to upgrade our room with no cost. We were very satisfied the room with 2 queen beds.

Customer service was awful. Called front desk to ask about wifi. They hung up on us. Called back to ask what wifi is and rang off the hook everytime i called. Called front desk to checkout in the morning and no one ever answered. I will never stay here again. Very unfriendly.

Bedside lamp unplugged. Doors to common area unlocked 24hr, Detached building no elevator or handicap access. Filter on ac unit very dirty, Hot water very very slow to get to faucets, Loose tile on bath floor. Very small coffee cups in lobby.

Very happy with this Quality Inn and would gladly recommend to others. We had requested 2 ground floor rooms and Tristin was extremely accommodating. He made sure he fulfilled our request. Staff was very pleasant!
