"Checked in, had a falls view room but as it was our anniversary was offered an upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi on the18th floor. View of the falls was amazing. Room was clean & comfortable. Jacuzzi & separate shower were lovely. We had an amazing stay at this hotel & would definitely stay again. Staff were lovely & really accomodating. We parked at the hotel & had no issues. We took in a cruise of the falls which was amazing. We made use of the complimentary vouchers the hotel gave guests & dined at the Brasa Brazilian Sreakhouse & enjoyed the discount offered of the food. Food & service was lovely. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from our room at 10pm. Overall a fantastic experience & memory."

"Fantastic view of Niagara Falls and fireworks. Area has a lot to do from Immediate sight seeing to nearby wineries and quaint towns. Stayed here 3 nights and could have stayed longer Room looked brand new - bed and pillows extremely comfortable- great shower and tub We had no problems at all with the elevators and were on the 38th floor Would stay here again"
