Very unprofessional staff. A child was distracting her the whole time of my check-in. She could not find my reservation for quite some time, so I had to listen to her constantly chastise the child. The room placement was not where I was led to believe it would be. They have two locations, one is two stories, and the other is one story. I specifically asked and was told I could have a one-story room location. My reservation was for two queen beds which are not available at the one-story location apparently. The rooms bathroom was extremely run down. Lights burnt out, some with no covers, just exposed bulbs, floor molding coming apart from tub and wall. I was looking forward to soaking in the bathtub, but I could hear the people in the room next to us through the wall and there was some kind of knocking noise off and on from somewhere, maybe the pipes. Not a relaxing atmosphere to soak in the tub. Very disappointing. Granted the room price was low, but the bathroom was in really bad shape.

Room was good size, dated but clean. Bed was a bit odd, as it sank down on the side I slept on and stayed that way, but was still reasonably comfortable.

The rooms are generally pretty clean although there is usually a greasy kind of film from the Lysol or whatever they use to clean the surfaces on the desk, countertops, etc. But oj the flip side it means they are getting cleaned. Parking is always easy, very conveniently located for me (class right next door and a pawn shop down the road about a mile). Staff is always kind and helpful. Overall not a bad spot, I stay here everytime I'm in Newport which is pretty much every week since I've been working a job in the area. It's not a five star resort by any means but a decent place to stay if you aren't too picky.

Great as usual! I booked an extra night, and couldn't add it onto my ongoing stay and had to book a separate stay, but the manager noticed what was going on and I didn't have to pack up to check out and back in later that day, and kept me in the same room. Very good experience if you aren't looking for luxury, but rather just a nice comfortable room with your necessities.

Very nice little rooms for the price! I found my regular motel for when I'm in Newport! It's very conveniently located directly across the street from my class which helps. They have your typical full selection of cable TV channels, good Internet, I have no complaints about the cleanliness, and the staff is super friendly. Late check-ins are doable, you just have to call their front desk and they come right out. Overall very pleased, Will be back!
