I stayed at this hotel for a week when working in the nearby area. The shower had strands of long hair stuck to the walls - clear indication the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. I asked the front desk to please clean the shower each morning when leaving for work - they acted surprised and acknowledged it would be taken care of. The shower was NEVER cleaned. Very frustrating.

This room served its purpose for what was given. Flights got canceled and needed a room quick. Also needed food. This spot was in the center of multiple food spots and a nearby mall for winter wear. The room didn’t have a remote for the tv, but the staff had extras. The WiFi also didn’t work. But for a solid night of sleep, the job was accomplished

The room was subpar at best. Upon arrival, the elevators were out of service, which forced me to go next door, enter two separate access codes, and then figure out which set of stairs to use just to reach my room. This was inconvenient and frustrating, especially after a long day. Once inside, I pulled back the sheets to inspect the bed and found a strand of hair, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The mattress was uncomfortable, and it took quite some time before I was able to get settled enough to fall asleep. The towels were very rough and unpleasant against my skin. The shower itself was decent, but the water never got truly hot—only lukewarm, despite the handle being turned all the way to hot. Overall, the experience did not match the price. I definitely overpaid for what was provided and would not consider this a good value for the cost.
