This is the 2nd time my friends and I have stayed at this property and we love the giant balcony and that it's on the water. Lots of room for friends to sleep comfortably. Place was clean.Host was great, very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for River & Gruene

Celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday with a few friends. Easy access to Comal, Guadalupe & Schlitterbaun. Girls really enjoyed the private balcony for hanging out, and even dancing. Comfortable place, served us well!!

Quick weekend getaway

The place was very nice, clean, had everything we needed for our stay. In a good location on the river. Close to downtown. Only downfall was the family above us. They were up, stomping around, yelling until 3am, so it was hard to sleep the second night. But that is not something that can be controlled I guess!
