Awful ! I paid on hotels.com and then when I went in to check in, the guy was just supposed to charge me the fee for the room incidentals and he charged me double the price of the room and the incidentals again he said he didn’t but he did then I called for the next 3 to 4 days trying to get it reversed and fixed and nobody would do anything and nobody would call me back. This is the second time it happened and it’s still not fixed
