Home from home in Nashville

Good location, a 15-minute walk to Broadway and a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Germantown. Apartment is well appointed, great facilties, comfortable bed, linens and towels. Everything you need for a short stay.

Great alternative to traditional hotel

The property was great and the location perfect for us. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river. It is walking distance to most things, in our case, Nissan Stadium. Restaurants are just a few blocks away.

Good overall experience

This is a former train depot converted into a series of condominiums. It's in Germantown so walkable to a lot of things such as the Capitol and other downtown buildings. It's 1 mile or so from Broadway, which is walkable - just follow the river. My favorite part of my stay here was that your patio overlooks the Cumberland River, which makes for nice sunrises, and I liked using the pool as well.

Great stay!

Location was great! Easy 10 min walk with lots of things to see on the way or a couple min drive. Condo is quiet, clean and very homey. You can hear the boat pass on the evenings. Bed was very comfortable and pull out would sleep 2 more. Check in was so easy and easy to reach someone via text or call backs when we had questions regarding the condo. If and when we return to the area we would stay here again for sure!
